30 days free
What the committee gets
Money in
Jumu’ah collection, donations, zakat and sadaqah, Ramadan and Eid, rent and more.
Money out
Salaries, electricity, gas, water, repairs, cleaning, supplies and more.
Monthly balance
Set the starting balance once; every month shows the opening balance, money in, money out and the closing balance.
Bills and slips
Attach a photo or PDF of the bill or deposit slip to each entry. Photos are made small so they upload on mobile data.
Statements
Download this month, this year or everything as a PDF (ready to print or send on WhatsApp) or as Excel, in the committee’s language.
Open to the committee
Every entry shows who added it and edits are marked. Members see everything; only the manager can change it.
Members and roles
One manager keeps the book and invites members by e-mail. The manager role can be handed over at any time.
Private committee chat
Discuss repairs, salaries and events in one place, with photos and files.
Your currency
Your country’s currency by default, or whichever currency your committee uses.
How to start
Claim your mosque in AlMasjidi (see the guide for imams). The first approved admin becomes the committee manager.
Open Settings → Manage mosque, choose the mosque and tap Mosque Committee. Your 30-day free trial starts.
In Accounts, set the starting balance and date, then add entries as money comes in and goes out.
In Members, add committee members by e-mail. If they have no account yet, they get an invitation and join when they sign in.
Members open the committee from Settings → Account → Mosque Committee.

How to subscribe or renew
Payment happens on this website, not in the app.
In the app, the committee screen shows your mosque’s renewal code: “To renew, visit almasjidi.com/renew with code …”.
Open almasjidi.com/renew on any phone or computer and enter the code.
Check the mosque name and the price. Have a coupon? Apply it.
Pay with one of the methods shown. Access is extended by 12 months, a receipt is e-mailed and the manager gets a notification.
Anyone with the code can pay: a treasurer, a donor, or a relative abroad paying for the mosque back home.
The manager is reminded 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the subscription ends.
Ways to pay
Online payment is being set up. To subscribe now, write to [email protected] with your renewal code.
If the subscription ends
Nothing is lost. Members can still read and download every entry and statement. Adding entries, messages and members pauses until the subscription is renewed.
Questions
Is the rest of AlMasjidi free?
Yes. Prayer times, alerts, announcements, the QR poster and managing your mosque are free for every mosque. Only the committee accounts and chat are paid.
Why can I not pay inside the app?
Subscriptions are sold on almasjidi.com only. The app shows your renewal code; you pay on the website.
Who can see the accounts?
Only the members of that mosque’s committee. The book is not public, not even to the mosque’s followers.
Does the price depend on the number of members?
No. One yearly price per mosque covers the whole committee.
Why is the price in US dollars?
So that it is one price for every mosque, in every country. If you pay in your local currency, the same amount is converted at the day’s rate. The price is set to cover the cost of running AlMasjidi (servers, development and support), not to make a profit.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Every committee starts with 30 days free, with every feature.
Does the subscription renew by itself?
No. You pay for 12 months at a time. You are reminded before it ends, and nothing is deleted if you stop.
